Today we learned more about the evolution of Earth and learned about Tectonic Plates.

Today we were given worksheets about writing letters in French. I wrote mine as a formal introduction of myself and greetings to a girl named Saline.
Science
In science today we learned about atoms. We learned about how atoms are composed of tiny particles called protons, neutrons, and electrons. We learned that the protons, neutrons, and electrons circle around the nucleus (center) of the atom. We learned how to calculate the number of protons, neutrons, and electrons in a atom.
English
Today in English we went down to the computer lab and researched Asperger’s Syndrome for the book that we watched the play of, The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time.

Today in French we watched more of the movie ‘Le Petit Nicholas‘ and later did a pop quiz on verbs.
G.L.S
Today in G.L.S I studied for an upcoming math test about Ratios. I won’t be doing the same math unit anymore now that I’ve been switched from academic to applied.
Geography
In geography today we continued with the ‘Pear Island’ project. I added more detail and color to mine and perfected the coordinates of the city.
Tech
In tech we learned more about tire machines and got to use them more.
Math
Today in math we had a test on degrees of polynomials, BEDMAS, and a few questions on area and volume.
