Today in tech we learned about using a Tire Changer.
Math
Today in math we continued studying polynomials and studied when we finished.
G.L.S
Today in G.L.S we had a completely free study period in which I spent my time on Khan Academy doing math like Polynomials.
Geography
In geography today we did a test on longitude and latitude, capitals and provinces, and topographic maps.
French
Today in French we had a quiz taking up exchange students and listening to a verbal test
Science
In science today we looked at elements and took a note of their conductivity, color, liability and mass.
Language
Health
In health today we finished watching “Mean Girls” and talked about the conflict in the movie, like the “Burn Book.”
Math
In math today we had a “Mock EQAO Test” where we took up things that we have done in the past and are still doing to this day, such as BEDMAS, exponents, like terms, area and perimeter, some fractions and radius.
Tech
In tech today we did a worksheet that took up the entire period and I managed to get it done by the end. The worksheet was about correctly naming repair tools which we will have a test on soon.
GLS
In general learning strategies today we learned about Working Memory Disabilities. We then proceeded to write paragraphs about our high school experience so far and played a mind game. We also watched a great speech by Muniba Mazari called Live Every Moment.
Geography
Today in geography we were put in groups and were given maps. My group mate and I did the 25 or so questions assigned with the map. This project took the whole period.
